WORK INJURIES - PART 22/3/2026 Top 5 things to do if you are injured at work
Each year, thousands of workers in Queensland are injured in the course of their employment. A work-related injury is 'a personal injury arising out of, or in the course of, employment if the employment is a significant contributing factor to the injury.' An injury can be physical, psychological (anxiety or depression), in the form of a disease, an aggravation of a previous condition or death from an injury or disease. An injury can be sustained while at work, travelling to or from work, whilst working from home or even while on a break at work.
