Advance health directive An advance health directive states your wishes or directions regarding your future health care for various medical conditions. Advance health directives ensure that those around you respect your wishes should something happen to you. Corporate power of attorney A corporate power of attorney can be prepared to detail who will control your company upon loss of capacity. The company’s directors appoint a person/s to act as the company's attorney.
